Following the release of our first children’s book, The Little Iceberg, we have created a wonderful Activity Book to accompany it. The Activity Book has 16 different puzzles, crafts and activities to keep you busy. All you need is a pencil, scissors and glue stick and you are good to go!
We have created this book whilst always thinking about connection and many of the activities encourage children to use their literacy and numeracy skills as well as to think about how they feel, as well as working with someone else to make the most of them. The Connection Maker is our favourite.

I have been using The Little Iceberg Activity Book with primary school children. I love the variety of activities, including creativity, numbers, observation, language, understanding emotions and lots more. Each activity encourages children to pause and focus their attention, which is a great way for them to settle and enjoy quiet time. In my experience the children love using their imaginations to adapt and extend some of the activities. This can enable a rich sharing of ideas, as well as helping develop emotional literacy and being lots of fun too!

I have a copy of the Little Iceberg Activity Book, all of my own, in my classroom. It was good to do after I read the story in my class. I liked doing the Word Search because it helped me to look at the words from the story again. The picture of the little girl is beautiful because she looks like my friend. I would give the Activity Book 10/10.
